Effective Team Building Challenges

Most of our activities are designed to test initiative, practical ability, leadership and team cohesion skills in a fun and competitive atmosphere. Many of the team building activities are designed to maximise communication, encouraging the team to communicate with each other as clearly as they can in order succeed in the task and help build skills which are so necessary in the commercial environment.

Outdoor & Indoor Team Building Activities

One of our most popular outdoor team building events is the auto gymkhana - driver and passenger teams drive specially constructed vehicles around a tight course, competing against each other in a variety of fun whacky races. Teamwork is required here combining vehicle manoeuvring with passenger dexterity - this is a team building challenge emphasising communication.
