Hen Party

Just follow Whacky Sport's simple, common sense guidelines and you'll be planning the best hen party ever!

• Avoid stress - start planning early, give yourself three months at least
• Make sure the bride is involved in putting together the invite list
• Make sure you have an idea of everyone's budget
• Remember you'll probably pay for the bride as well
• Organise a date that is at least a couple of weeks before the wedding
• Choose a date that the bride's closest friends can make
• Pick an event that the bride will enjoy and that is also suitable for everyone
• Make sure the bride remains centre of attention - after all, it is her hen party
• Unless she is outgoing and confident, try not to embarrass her
• She already has the pre-wedding nerves, don't be the one to send her over the edge!
• Make sure you take your mobile phone so you're contactable
• Check door policies for fancy dress
• If you've arrange a stripper double-check he can take his kit off in the club/pub
• As planner and organiser, be proud of your achievement and remember to enjoy yourself!
